The Administrative Assistant (AA) is in charge of all accounts payable, does ambulance billing and ambulance payroll for the Wayne City Ambulance Service. The AA is also in charge of any trash pickup issues. The AA takes care of the village website, schedules events for the community room and the shelters at the park, and also assists the Gas Department supervisor. The AA is also in charge of our town wide garage sales in the spring and fall. Duties also include working with auditors for fiscal year-end closing of the books, gathering information and preparing data and reports.
Our current Administrative Assistant is Sondy Holleman who was hired in 2015.
