SSM Health Medical Group is located at 1259 W. Robinson Avenue, Wayne City, Illinois. It provides family medicine services. Family medicine physicans care for children as well as adults, providing basic preventative care services. They also diagnose and treat common illnesses. An onsite lab is available, so you won't have to travel to the hospital or another location if you need blood work.
