Wayne County Free Electronic Waste Recycling

The Wayne County Health Department and the City of Fairfield will be holding a free electronic waste recycling day May 6 & 7th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the former Wayne County Recycling Center, 501 SW 10th St. (behind the police station) in Fairfield. The Wayne County Health Department FB page will have more information on this event.
Feeding Kids of Wayne County @ Wayne City Park

Feeding Kids of Wayne County is a non profit organization headed by Mindy Otey, where local churches ,businesses, and organizations provide sack lunches to feed the children of our communitys that are in need. Sack lunches will be distributed at Wayne City Park from 11-11:30 am. on Mondays, May 25th thru August 7th at NO COST. This will be for children ages 2-18 years of age. Each lunch will include a sandwich, chips, fruit, and a treat, along with a drink. No need to sign up, just show up!
