NOTICE is hereby given that the office of Staci Choate, Village Clerk, will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays, beginning August 25, 2026, through November 23, 2026 (occasionally closing during lunch hour) for the purpose of issuing petition packets for the Consolidated Election to be held on April 6, 2027, for the following offices:
Village Trustee-4 Year Term (3), Library Trustee-6 Year Term (2), Library Trustee-4 Year Term (1)
The filing period for the above completed petitions and forms will be November 16-23, 2026, Monday through Monday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., (occasionally closing during lunch hour) except the last day to file (November 23, 2026) the office will be open until 5:00 p.m., in the Wayne City Village Hall, 102 S Main St, Wayne City, IL 62895.
